Laughable at their customer service. Grossly understaffed. They struggle with the most basic tasks. At Chase, I can make an appointment the next day; at Bank of America, its weeks out. They ARE NOT FOCUSED on customer service.
Hire some more people!!! Two days in a row trying to get a beneficiary added to my account!! Waiting for hours! Forget making an appointment!! Two week wait!
