Between my wife and I we have a few accounts with BOA and we also have a business account, they charge you a penalty fee of $17 if you do not use the ATM card during the month and spend a certain amount of money, the governor has put a restriction on everyone living in Florida not to go anywhere, so during this craziness with the virus I don’t blame the governor for making that restriction. Worst bank ever! Tuesday at 1pm and one teller handling drive thru and lobby. Waited over 30 mins and went to atm to deposit check. They have now put a 10 day hold on local check. Seriously?? Why? Horrible customer service
