Very good experience, my mom went in and placed an order for Japanese yen. She came back in a 4 or 5 days and got the yen, it ended up being a super quick and easy process. And we live like 5 minutes away so it was convenient.
They are very professional and kind staff.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went to this bank to cash a legitimate check drawn from one of their own accounts, and they refused to honor it simply because I’m not a customer. To make matters worse, they claimed they only cash checks up to $1,500 for non-customers — mine was $3,000. This feels completely wrong. If the check is from their bank, they should stand behind it. They don't answer the phone after several times calling...When I showed up, Gina the teller told me they are not able to give me brand new bills. The line is long and when it got shorter, the other teller walked away. This place sucks.
