10 customers in line, 2 tellers while 3 other employees walking around. Just like others said, even once I got to the teller I received terrible service. I've been BofA customer since 1998 and never received poor service as I did here. Perhaps it's time to look for another bank.
Every time I try to call this location I can’t get through to anyone. Go in for a sizable cash withdrawal and get told to call prior? Yeah, I have tried countless times. Get it together.
Why does anyone bank here? 3 months to pull money, reps have no clue what they are doing
Very good experience, my mom went in and placed an order for Japanese yen. She came back in a 4 or 5 days and got the yen, it ended up being a super quick and easy process. And we live like 5 minutes away so it was convenient.
They are very professional and kind staff.
