Why does anyone bank here? 3 months to pull money, reps have no clue what they are doing
Very good experience, my mom went in and placed an order for Japanese yen. She came back in a 4 or 5 days and got the yen, it ended up being a super quick and easy process. And we live like 5 minutes away so it was convenient.
They are very professional and kind staff.
Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went to this bank to cash a legitimate check drawn from one of their own accounts, and they refused to honor it simply because I’m not a customer. To make matters worse, they claimed they only cash checks up to $1,500 for non-customers — mine was $3,000. This feels completely wrong. If the check is from their bank, they should stand behind it.
