Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went to this bank to cash a legitimate check drawn from one of their own accounts, and they refused to honor it simply because I’m not a customer. To make matters worse, they claimed they only cash checks up to $1,500 for non-customers — mine was $3,000. This feels completely wrong. If the check is from their bank, they should stand behind it. They don't answer the phone after several times calling...When I showed up, Gina the teller told me they are not able to give me brand new bills. The line is long and when it got shorter, the other teller walked away. This place sucks.

Not enough tellers and the line is always to long. You can no longer just walk up to the business window you have to wait in line. We have been business members for over 30 years. Thinking about changing banks…
