Not enough tellers and the line is always to long. You can no longer just walk up to the business window you have to wait in line. We have been business members for over 30 years. Thinking about changing banks…
Tried calling several times they never answer there phone
Worst bank. My initial teller was very nice then came around Mrs karen with the orange bob. She has no knowledge at all even when it’s right in her face. Went to bank of america on Clinton keith, they actually can read and understand what they’re reading. Don't go to this one if you value your time and your happiness.
Fast in and fast out!
The teller was super helpful and knowledgeable. I took off a star because it seems like they never have enough people.
