Diane Tran, the Financial Center Manager at this branch, is incredibly caring and helpful. Despite having to tackle a busy, multilingual staff and clientele, she took the time to sit down with me and my mother to discuss our accounts. She is warm and genuine, and actually focuses on what is best for the client. The staff is very unprofessional, we aksed the teller a very simple question, if we deposit a check now, when will the fund be available. The teller said she didn't know, and she aksed us to insert the card and give her the check before she can tell us the answer. We did everything she said, and we decide not to deposit the check after she told us when will it be available. Went there every Friday. The manager would smile and say “thank you for waiting” to white customers but ignore everyone else—happened every time. The manager is Asian—hard to tell. Glad we closed our account so I don’t have to go there anymore.

can’t believe that I had an appointment but they didn’t want to serve me. I told Monique that I got an appointment and she ignored me, then told with other two guys, after that she told me that I was late. I asked the receptionist for help, same attitude that I was told to call the online banking service . Here people without appointment can get service, but not who scheduled with them. Super disappointed

I arrived at Bank of America for a notary appointment at 11 AM on September 24, 2024. Martha Palomares Espinoza, a staff member, told me Monique Montanez, the usual notary, couldn't make it due to an emergency. However, Erica Jaramillo, the branch manager, later contradicted this, saying there was no emergency and Monique was just unavailable.
