Very disappointing experience at the Bank of America San Marino branch. I had to wait far too long for service, and the process was frustrating and inefficient. The wait time made the entire experience unnecessarily difficult. I hope the branch improves its staffing and customer service so customers aren't left waiting this long. Definitely not the experience I expected from Bank of America.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this branch today. I went to deposit a check that had already been signed by the person who issued it. The signer is elderly and currently overseas, so before leaving, they had signed several checks for me to use when needed. Because of the amount of the check, I was told that additional verification was required. Diane Tran, the Financial Center Manager at this branch, is incredibly caring and helpful. Despite having to tackle a busy, multilingual staff and clientele, she took the time to sit down with me and my mother to discuss our accounts. She is warm and genuine, and actually focuses on what is best for the client. After having to interact with many different financial institutions on my mother's behalf, this experience felt like a port in a storm.
