Very unprofessional no one was helping but instead talking among each other about there personal life, man with skinny jeans Manuel was just walking around worried more about talking to female coworkers and standing around
Rosa and Jeannette were great!!! They went above and beyond to make the experience setting up our checking account as successful and pleasant as could be!!!
If your not a member and need to cash a check From thier bank they will make u sit and wait while they take 20 other customers until they take you into an office to validate the check, which only takes a few minutes. Never experienced this at any other bank before. Its as if they punish you for not having an account, and they didn't even offer to open one either. There was even time when they stood there with no other members in line. 2 other non members were sitting waiting with me and we didn't understand why this was happ... read more
Horrible customer service and excruciatingly slow. I was bounced from person to person and had to wait over 1 hour just to see someone. Bank anywhere else because this place is a travesty!!!
