Yea, I agree BAnk of AMerica isnt very helpful or good to choose. I had a bank error as well. I never overdrafted or did anything on my account. Now at ther time I was 17 I beleive and my mothers name was on it so I can open the account. BUT THEY TOLD ME that she wouldnt be aloud to have access to my funds.
