Customers for 10 years+ Today we went in for a simple notarization and experienced some of the worst customer service we’ve ever encountered. I'm starting to think that opening my business account here was the worst mistake I have ever made. Slow, slow and even slower. This is the first bank I've ever seen with a completely unmanned drive through and only two stupid ATM machines for you to use in the 5 lanes. On Aug 19, the ATM wasn't accepting deposits so I went inside and that ATM was updating.
