Customers for 10 years+ Today we went in for a simple notarization and experienced some of the worst customer service we’ve ever encountered. I'm starting to think that opening my business account here was the worst mistake I have ever made. Slow, slow and even slower. This is the first bank I've ever seen with a completely unmanned drive through and only two stupid ATM machines for you to use in the 5 lanes. On Aug 19, the ATM wasn't accepting deposits so I went inside and that ATM was updating. this bank has a class action lawsuit against it! best for students or young adults that have low expectations and not a lot of money!
The Forney Branch is the the worst. I had an appointment and they still had me waiting saying the person that I was meeting with was at lunch. Meanwhile people who came after me were taken in. The lady (angie) that I met with was unprofessional and complaining that they were keeping her in a cold building she has to wear a sweater all the time.
