I came in on early Saturday to get some statements, was taken care of quickly and the teller line were moving pretty good.
I had the PLEASURE to work with Esmeralda Martinez! She was very HELPFUL! Being close to the interstate can cause major RUSHES at times! Overall 10/10! She’s the Assistant Manager and was EXTREMELY HELPFUL!
I called multiple times but no one answered. So we came in person for a notary and the African American woman that attended us was rude. I’ve never had problems in the past with this document or have been given the run around for it. Please work on your world class customer service ✨✨
8 people in the lobby and 1 teller. You got a manager asking how she could help. How about you get behind the counter and get some of these customers some help. This location is the most mismanaged bank I’ve been to.
Customer service and fraud services is horrible. I’ve had this bank account for a week and it’s been nothing but trouble. Zelle transaction keep being put on pending then cancelled by and it takes 24 hours to go through the process. Nothing can be done due to it being a security issue and don’t know if it’ll keep happening every transaction.
