Kareema misinformed and mislead me about information in regards to a check I needed cleared. She never informed me about the 7 day hold for a new account despite me telling her I needed it IMMEDIATELY. She allowed me to proceed without further informing me and told me it would take one business day. She didn’t notify me of this 7 day hold until AFTER it had been processed and now it has caused a disruption on paying my bills.
They have the worst customer service ever. I don’t like waiting in line. I’ve been here 10 minutes and still don’t have my money yet so I advise you do not come to this location. Go somewhere else.
Absolutely the worst banking experience we’ve ever had. My husband and I have been dealing with an ATM deposit issue for over a month, and Bank of America continues to mishandle it with no accountability. The error was entirely on their end, our deposit was made correctly, and yet we’re the ones left dealing with the fallout. This specific location has been especially unhelpful. If I could give zero stars, I would.
This location refuses to answer the phone. Now when I call, someone hangs up the phone. All I want to do is ask a question before I leave WORK to drive over to make sure I can get assistance. This is piss poor! Why is it so difficult to answer the phone? Not trying to put my personal financial business on Social Media, however, do feel comfortable in a more professional setting like the phone. Update 3:30pm - I left work and went to the branch.
