I recently opened an account in this office and had amazing customer service. I am very happy to be back with BOA.
Very helpful staff. There was a line but several staff members were assisting customers from the line to keep things moving. Kind and professional.
Don't waste your time going to this location. They're going to tell you that you have to wait 20-30 minutes and you end up waiting 2 hours. Please stop going here.
Kareema misinformed and mislead me about information in regards to a check I needed cleared. She never informed me about the 7 day hold for a new account despite me telling her I needed it IMMEDIATELY. She allowed me to proceed without further informing me and told me it would take one business day. She didn’t notify me of this 7 day hold until AFTER it had been processed and now it has caused a disruption on paying my bills.
