Came in to do a transaction and an estimated 16-20 people in line, it was busy,a man came in and accidentally got on wrong side of the line,the spanish speaking lady told him to go to the other end of the line and he proceeded,the spanish lady told all the customers out loud"he doesnt know any better",that was not a polite way to express herself over the man,because he didnt know english she didnt have to say that about him,she could have just said he wasnt aware how the line was going,smh very rude and unprofessional!
Worst place to go! Slow lines, no sense of urgency towards the loyal customers and they don’t care whatsoever about helping customers. I’m a loyal customer and got charged $8 for cashing out a check from there own bank. They rather give excuses instead of finding solutions. They are incompetent and useless.
Bring back an option for temporary cards!!!! How is it possible that BOA stopped giving out temporary cards and now digital cards aren’t working so you have to wait 7 days for a new card and have to be forced to go to bank anytime you need money. Now at the end of the month, instead of using a card to pay bills, I’m going to have to travel to all these places to pay in cash ugh. BRING BACK TEMPORARY CARDS!!!!!!
It’s never enough tellers. Lines are always long. Management doesn’t seem to concern about it. However, tellers are nice (Hemely). This location needs lots of improvements. They also need to have doors in Offices. Because there’s no confidentiality for customers. Everyone hears everything. #HireMorePeople
