It was very upset process I went through at this branch. The guy threw out the printed protocol and educated me how they do things, very bureaucratic without any consideration for customers
Keshaun Watkins assisted me with a personal matter yesterday at this location. I am not a Bank of America customer personally, but he assisted me with a very difficult, emotional matter, and was an absolute gem. He was incredibly professional, yet kind, compassionate and caring. This was an exceptional customer service experience that I will not soon forget. Thank you Keshaun, you are a shining star.
Fantastic & wonderful teller .
I rarely go inside the bank for over the counter transactions. The teller at this branch have been wonderful. Finished my transaction sooner than expected
