This isn't against the branch itself but to the Bank Of America Company. After 30+ years as a Bank of America customer, I am beyond disappointed with how they handled a fraud case that cost me thousands of dollars. Someone used fraudulent checks to steal money from my account. The fraud should have been caught — yet it wasn't. When I discovered it within 24 hours, I spent an HOUR on hold just to get someone to place a hold on my account. The entire experience felt smooth and positive. Tasha was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and really listened. She shared helpful tips and provided great support throughout the process. I truly appreciated how easy she made everything feel while I set up my business account.

It was very upset process I went through at this branch. The guy threw out the printed protocol and educated me how they do things, very bureaucratic without any consideration for customers
