I went in to get print checks which Bofa doesn’t offer. Every bank offers print checks.
I was in bank for cash withdrawal. There are 7 to 8 people in a ling queue and around 3 people bank staff but no one comes to help a person on the counter who seems to be learner guy . He was taking too much time. I dont blame them but definitely other banking staff who was seeing but not coming for help. Still in queue but no one coming to help to start helping other customers in queue. Even if told other staff to come and help, they said they will but never turned.
Marcy (the manager) was extremely helpful in helping me complete my paperwork in a timely manner, even without an appointment
