Customer service gets worse every visit. I’m just done coming to this bank. Tellers are rude & disrespectful. A staff member told my 6 year old daughter to shut up Never coming here again!!!
ATM machine ate my card, literally have been calling this branch for hours and no one picks up the phone. Been a client since 1997, might change it up as this is utterly pathetic.
Bank's open hours of 10am-4pm are insulting to working people. As well as appointments system - bad. They are very busy there doing nothing. They should have 1 day a week open until 7 pm.
