That drive thru ATM doesn't work well for some reason
Went in today, June 29 at 9:30 a.m. without an appointment. I guess that was our first mistake. My wife asked if we could open a new checking account while I was outside locking up our bicycles. She was told ‘Cheryl will be with you as soon as she is done; it won’t be long’. I came inside and we waited. Twenty minutes later we checked in and were told ‘Cheryl has a client and will be with you when she is done.’ when asked how long that might be, we were told it could be 10 to 15 minutes. The staff here are generally friendly and helpful, making banking a little less daunting. However, the wait times can be frustrating, especially during peak hours. Overall, it's a decent place for banking needs, but some improvements would be appreciated.
