Hell on earth
Would not even give them a one star. The customer service at the Bokum Road, Essex branch was horrible. The teller dismissed me immediately and told me there was at least a 20 minute wait. She never asked me what I needed or made any attempt to assist me. I am seriously considering taking my money elsewhere. The customer service representative that I spoke with on the phone in Albuquerque was very helpful with what I needed to get completed. She was able to complete my transaction within minutes.
