Do not use the ATM at this branch. Last week I deposited cash into their machine. The payment never posted onto my account and the machine did not return my cash. Several calls to the bank and 800 number got me no where. If you’re looking to make a donation against your consent to Bank of America I highly recommend using this place.
Had an amazing experience here! I never had or seen a relationship banker sit with me for more than an hour plus and answer or provide help that I needed ( I am a business client ,but it really doesn't matter) many thanks to Asmatullah, he is a relationship banker. I am beyond pleased at visiting this branch. I highly suggest you visit. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!
Don't bother stopping here. Find a branch in Portland and go there. I have literally never had a pleasant experience in the Falmouth Branch. They always make you wait as long as they can get away with. I went in this morning to cash in a CD. I was the only customer in there with 4 employess. They had me sit and wait for someone. Didn't even know what I wanted or how easy it would be. They always do this.
