I’ll preface by saying I don’t have an account with Bank of America, I’m unsure if I will but the associate that helped me would be a key reason if I do switch. It was Trevor or Travis who helped me deposit a check to my landlords account for my rent, before helping him I watched him assist an older customer who was on the verge of tears. Do not use the ATM at this branch. Last week I deposited cash into their machine. The payment never posted onto my account and the machine did not return my cash. Several calls to the bank and 800 number got me no where. If you’re looking to make a donation against your consent to Bank of America I highly recommend using this place.
Had an amazing experience here! I never had or seen a relationship banker sit with me for more than an hour plus and answer or provide help that I needed ( I am a business client ,but it really doesn't matter) many thanks to Asmatullah, he is a relationship banker. I am beyond pleased at visiting this branch. I highly suggest you visit. TOP NOTCH SERVICE!
