I went into the branch to deposit a check I received from my attorney, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable. The teller and the Vice President, Matthew Snell, treated me as if my check was fake. I even showed them the email where I received the e-check and called my attorney on speaker in front of them to verify it. Despite all that, they still questioned me and attempted to close the door over a legitimate $3,000 check.
