My review is based off the atm section & my recent phone call with Christian he was helpful and answered my questions thank you. I'm grateful that this location is close by & also appreciate that security is always there by the atms!
I went into the branch to deposit a check I received from my attorney, and the experience was extremely uncomfortable. The teller and the Vice President, Matthew Snell, treated me as if my check was fake. I even showed them the email where I received the e-check and called my attorney on speaker in front of them to verify it. Despite all that, they still questioned me and attempted to close the door over a legitimate $3,000 check. Everyone at this bank branch is very helpful and professional. 🫶
Bad customer service, they need more training. They all over the place, running around, leaving customer waiting. Running back to the window to help other customers, without finishing helping the customer that came first. They should just close this branch. Worst bank of america branch location here in Far Rockaway!!!
