Large BoA location in the heart of downtown Glendale. Parking in rear - ATM on Brand. Very tall ceilings and large open space. They could use more tellers though during busy times.
Big props for the drive-thru ATM, but you lose some points given that both lanes are working only about 50% of the time. The staff inside are sufficiently helpful and the teller line never gets too long.
Bank of america home loan department here is very helpful. BOFA has great rates on home loans and a seamless process for applying. The closing cost is also reasonable compared to some of the independent online mortgage loan services.
I often visit this place for deposits and withdrawals .i never had issues and staff always helped me with all my quarries
