I wish I could give this place zero stars. I am very frustrated and disappointed ☹️. I have been waiting on the phone for 2 hours to speak to the right department. Finally, they told me to go to the closest location to show proof of my claim. The person there said she didn’t know why they sent me there. I showed her proof of my claim, and she told me to write a letter and fax it to Bank of America. I am a Bank of America customer. I’ve used Bank of America for my mortgage and other banking needs. 3 lanes and only 1 ATM that’s unbelievable!
Just left this branch, now I see why they only have 2.5 stars. Do not come here thinking you are going to get a Pleasant experience. Staff is rude, lines are long, and the personal bankers act like they have no idea how to open an account. Stop by and see the lady upfront that takes your name, it’s really interesting to watch how she talks while chewing her face.
