3 lanes and only 1 ATM that’s unbelievable!
Just left this branch, now I see why they only have 2.5 stars. Do not come here thinking you are going to get a Pleasant experience. Staff is rude, lines are long, and the personal bankers act like they have no idea how to open an account. Stop by and see the lady upfront that takes your name, it’s really interesting to watch how she talks while chewing her face.
This was one of the worst banking experiences I have ever had. The sad thing is no one was rude, just very unhelpful and ultimately wasted my time. I don't plan to ever visit this branch again. Slow devices, scheduled me with a banker who doesn't specialize in business banking when I clarified I was there regarding my business account, then handed me over to said banker who couldn't help. I was very disappointed when I made an appointment on Friday at 10:30 and went in and set down. 15 minutes and Nothing- no I'll be with you in a minute. sorry I am running behind. Nothing. I made an appointment because I wanted to move money into a CD and cannot achieve that online. The doorman was useless. When I said I made an appointment and was going to need to leave he said "okay". Friday was my only morning off to achieve this. I valued your time by making an appointment you could at least value mine.
