I have been a long time Bank of America user and after my most recent experience here I want to switch banks. The lady, black teller, was so incredibly rude. People forget that when they have to work with customers they need to have customer service skills. Rude from the second I walked in.
I will give this bank 0 star if you are black and you have 30K in your bank, the branch manager who is black, will racially profile you this happen on Christmas eve the bank teller ask me for all my criteria( driver's license.The last four digits of my social security , the last four transactions and even asked me to tell them out loud what was in my bank account instead of writing it down) cause my debit card didn't work so I said what that got to do with anything so he sent me this code to my phone.It got rejected 3 times ... read more
As I stand in a line of 10 people, the manager (Nicholas)came up to the counter, saw the line, then proceeded to tell the staff he was going to lunch. It has been 32 minutes and I still have 2 people in front of me. The staff is not enthused and do not seem happy to be here. What a shame that the customer service that is touted doesn't exist!!
Purchased my Lamborghini and BOA was the loan provider. I came inside this branch in May to make a payment. I explained I gave extra money to be applied to 3 months worth of payments. Representative took my payment and gave me a receipt. Went back in July to make a payment again, only to find out my payment was applied to 1 month and the rest went to principal and they notified the bureaus that I missed a payment. I was disappointed with my recent experience at this branch. I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment online for notary services, which typically take less than 10 minutes. However, I was not seen until 1:30 PM. While I appreciated the kindness and transparency of the front desk staff, who informed me they were overbooked, the overall process was frustrating.
