I was disappointed with my recent experience at this branch. I scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment online for notary services, which typically take less than 10 minutes. However, I was not seen until 1:30 PM. While I appreciated the kindness and transparency of the front desk staff, who informed me they were overbooked, the overall process was frustrating. If you are choosing between which BOA to go to in the area, 100% choose this one! The entire staff went out of their way to make a difficult situation for me easier. I am not even a customer of BOA yet but after my experience here, I will be! Hayden at the branch took the time to hear my whole situation on the phone and advised me to come in. Open on Saturdays you can’t beat that.
THIS REVIEW IS NOT ABOUT THE FACILITY rather their ATM. The ATM is bery stupid, every time I go there to take a deposit, it would not accept some of the bills, which are not counterfeit as I then go to an actual fcility in the morning and verify the bills. Bills are straight and in good condition, but ATM just wouldn’t accept some. Yestrday I tried both indoor and driver through ATM, and IT WOULD NOT ACCEPT 2018 100 dollar bill in perfect condition.
This branch allowed us to open up a joint account and they were unaware that we would not qualify due to certain requirements. It seems like no one is on the same page when it comes to promotions. We got the run around a lot on many things.Thankfully we’re closing all of our accounts because of this issue. We never experienced issues like this at others banks. USAA would never.
