The staff at this branch seem to have a rather interesting definition of customer service: apparently, the amount of respect you receive is directly proportional to what they see in your bank balance. They are consistently rude, dismissive, and seemingly far more interested in taking your money than actually helping you. Same staff treated me differently when I went for investment vs when I went to get document notarized.
