Prompt & reasonable service I live in Houston and worked with Mr. Cardany on an estate sale last year. His office was prompt in all matters and the charges were reasonable. I'd work with him again given the opportunity.

Bank Of America is horrible Worst banking encounter ever. Closed all my banking account as well as my family banking and business accounts. Got escort out by the police after the manager refuses to remove a name from an account stating " You can not do this you can only close and open a new one BANK OF AMERICA POLICY" after asking her to show me the policy where it says that she walked the other way and assisted another customer than came back and said you can change it and than point to the door out. Great bank! I've heard and read the horror stories, and seriously, the people spreading these need to get a life. Have you ever heard of lifting a calculator, and trying to manage your finances that way? How about an online account? You don't go around prick-waving when someone at the bank makes a screwup. This is why America is the land of Litigation, because we keep stupidly sue'ing everyone! Remember the lady who spilled coffee in her lap? Terrible because of the error a bank manager made it has destroyed all that I have been trying to fix the past year and a half. I have been dealing with the destruction of cancer for the past 7 years. One simple mistake that he couldn't have the integrity to admit through off my entire budget and bills. With by travel and it messed up everything. This is going to make a great nmews story. Bank of America ruins what cancer survivor tries to cone back from. Or something like that.
