She was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this branch!
When visited in person there are more staff in the branch than walk in customers but you still need wait for long to address a simple ATM reset request. That’s good motivating me to always keep the account as zero balance.
