Dilsha helped me how to navigate Merrill Edge website. I'm not a tech savy person and she was very thorough with information and answered my questions very patiently. Also she helped me with my other banking needs as well. I'm very happy with her service and can say that she's an asset to your Bank.
There two unauthorizedtransactions on my credit card so I called customer service 3 times and the people pick up the calls but keep you on hold for long periods of time and then hang up the phone. After this I went to this Bank of America in person and the staff there told me that I would have to wait for 1 hour or come back the next day because they cannot help me since they were busy.
