I had such a great experience with Gwen today! Super friendly and service was amazing. She educated me with information I have zero knowledge on and I greatly appreciated that. It’s always nice when banking doesn’t feel like a hassle and I actually look forward to coming next time rather than feeling nervous!
Teller refused to contact account holder to verify check and said I would have to wait because she was the only person there. I waited in line just like everyone else 1 3 minute phone call should not have been an excuse to make me wait an extra half hour after waiting in line already.
Excellent customer service
A wonderful experience every visit, Mrs.Gwen is beyond wonderful & more than just someone who work’s there. It’s very apparent she loves her job & care’s about the customers & their experience. The atmosphere is amazing & the old looks makes it ones of the nicest banks ive been to.
0-03-2024, ATM kept my card after a cash withdrawal. 30+ minutes on the phone with bank of America ATM service, all can be done is to issue a new card, which 'should' come in 4-6 business days. Kinda tough to do normal business for the next 4-6 business days while waiting on a new card. Will the ATM spit out my card to someone else, lady says 'probably not', 'I don't think it will', and 'I'm not a technician'. Bank of America is just hard to do business with.
