Needed to get some paperwork sorted before listing my house in Redwood City. Stopped by and they wrapped it up cleanly and on schedule, which was a relief.

Opened an account recently (Jan 2026) and am going to close it asap. Out of two recent interactions with this branch, two went wrong. First, they misinformed me about the process of adding a minor to a checking account: they explained it the way that has been out for at least three years, as I was explained by another branch later. Next time, they told me that my funds from a deposited payroll(!!!) check would be available the next day, only to make $0 available for the next 8 days!!! Worse customer service. On 3/11/2026 I was here for 30 min with only 2 people ahead of me and when it got me, I was asked to wait for another 10 min. And at my turn I was told I can not be help because the bank is out new bills. Here is your Bank of America reputation
