I drove to the Scotts Valley Bank of America. There I talked with the Bappa Mallick. I told him what my HELOC loan officers wanted in the way of having a BofA financial assistant go through my trust with me to fax the appropriate documents over to them. He asked me to tell him a second time what I wanted then He said and I quote âTHAT IS JUST STUPID!â IN A VERY INSULTING MANNER. Banker Johanna was very rude, with a very condescending attitude. I don't understand how this kind of attitude ever gets employed in the customer service especially in the banking industry. I was just glad there was another lady there that actually knew what she is doing, I believed she is the manager if not she should be the branch manager.Â
Be nice if you had drive thru. Other than that great bankÂ
The worst lines youâve ever seen at a bank. You have to budget 30 min to go inside to see a teller because you never know how long itâs going to take. It has been that way the past 7-10 times I have gone, all at various times of the day. Itâs ridiculous. They need to staff better.Â
this branch sucks .. Sherry the branch manager has no clue of customer service. She needs basic training. POOR Attitude. BofA should invest in educating their managers.Â
William was great! Friendly and efficient. I felt like I was talking with a friend that I had known for years!Â
