I am a newer customer of Bank of America - after being mistreated by my previous bank of over 20 years - Chase/JP Morgan. This particular branch - Denise especially - was kind, patient, and helped me through the process. I have a lot of mess to clean up, first, but looking forward to an ongoing relationship with this banking institution. Thank you

Came in at 10 am due to an email stating I had to update information on my account. Although the manager is in his office, he can’t assist me and I have to wait 20 min for a banker ?! This is why I never come in to a branch and why people love community banks! A community bank would never !
BoA is consistently lacking. Each location has a problem, whether it’s a narrow drive-thru that causes scratches on cars or, in this case, the absence of ATMs at night. Both drive-thru ATMs (as of March 28, 2025) were out of service. I was unable to access the ATM vestibules because they had “hours” and were closed at the time of my visit. Given that the ATMs were unavailable, it was irresponsible for the bank to keep the vestibules closed. Always an issue with this bank.
