Without notice, they no longer take foreign currency at this location. This is a terrible inconvenience for customers who regularly travel internationally and has turned what could have been a 5-minute interaction at this branch into a 35-minute wait at a “larger” branch down the street with no additional tellers. Photo from the other branch where I had to wait for the foreign currency service.
Great customer service I work at five below and they always take good care of me when I need change. Very professional at this location
