I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred at a Bank of America location where I believe I was treated unfairly and potentially discriminated against. I attempted to withdraw cash that was clearly available in my account balance. I provided my debit card and valid identification as requested, yet I was denied access to my own funds and told I would have to wait until the following day. 2/22/26 16.10 pm I am extremely disappointed with how this branch and customer service handled my situation. I deposited $2,900 in cash at the ATM, but only $2,800 was credited to my account. $100 is missing. When dealing with cash deposits, accuracy and accountability should be a basic standard.
