Worst service. I walked into the bank to complete a transaction. As i was staying in line, the greeter (a woman) looked at me precise up and down. Very humiliating and unprofessional behavior. I am not surprised Bank of America is closing its branches. No one wants to be treated this way. The teller was also not able to fill out a deposit slip for me although i was the only customer in the bank. I go usually to Morristown and the customer service is always excellent and very friendly but this one is just bad.

I was attended by this guy i think his name wa s"Greg" I just got my SSN 2 monts ago, so i showed him that and my passport along with my employment authorization card. After 2 minutes he said he couldent get my card untill i became a citizen and dismissed me quick. I knew it was BS. So i went to bank of america in DOVER nj just a few blocks away . They attended me very profecionaly and courdiously, and in 20 minutes i got approved for my first credit card. i think this guy w... read more
