we had to wait in line for like 15 minutes which almosy made me turn around and leave. but once i got to the teller it was actually really smooth and the lady helping me was super nice. she explained everything clearly and even helped me with a seperate issue i didnt even know they could handle. i honestly wasnt expecting to enjoy a bank visit but i left in a good mood. its rare to find customer service like that these days so it stuck with me. definately going to use this location again even if its a little out of my way. t... read more

ATMs are only available Monday-Friday before 4pm and are locked in the building on weekends. So pointless! The whole idea of ATMs is they don’t require staffing and should thus be available 24/7.

Stopped here on the way home and was the worse experience I’ve had at a Bank of America branch. Susan McMurray and the teller (she refused to give me her name) working May 5th were extremely rude. I’ve also filed a formal complaint about the interaction that day.

This was my first experience with this location, the teller was nice and professional, she was also very efficient. I felt safe at this branch. The atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend!
