I can finally understand now why this branch has such a low rating, comparable to the USPS. Unfortunately, the level of customer service has been very disappointing. I have been a loyal customer for over 13 years, but whenever I need a signature notarized, I often find that the staff is unwilling or unable to assist promptly. I consistently end up going across the street to UPS, where my notarization is completed professionally and efficiently in less than five minutes.
