Making everything unbearable is a unique choice of a customer service strategy. Bank of America must be stopped. This is wildly unacceptable.
Terrible. I have had my accounts with BOA for more than 30 years and the teller at this bank would not cash a check I received from a doctor I worked for today. I have plenty of funds to cover the check and so does the doctor. Complete incompetence. I am not sure why I am still banking with them but it may be time to switch.
Came in with an appointment to open a new account and was assisted by Wes Edmonds. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and was eager to help. If you ever need banking services at this location ask for Wes! Also the manager of this location was very friendly as well, out talking with the customers to better serve them.
