This morning I visited the bank met with Eleni at the bank. She was so polite that I was very impressed. She showed me precautions one must take before sending a wire. I want thank Jennifer for her help in arranging the appointment. Excellent service indeed
Poor customer service
Terrible customer service. The lobby leader “politely” blew me off when I ask for assistance. If you want good customer service go to the Bank of America Branch on S Kings Dr.
Staff is extremely rude and they don't give you correct information. Also my account got hacked and they were no help in taking care of the issue promptly. Moving to a different bank.
