I was relocating to PA from New York and wanted general information from Bank of America in Horsham, PA; information that was not available online. I called over a three day time period (all during the week), TEN TIMES! My call was never answered. After reading the reviews, I decided to go to a different bank where they value their clientele AND answer their phones.
Don't bank with these people, they steal money from old peoples bank accounts.
location is nice but they work very slowly. You have to wait for a long time even when you made an appointment days ago.
We have three business accounts with this branch I asked them yesterday for hard copy of our checks in and out for 2024 year They ignored me until my wife stopped by today and they didn’t give her the hard copies they told her to get it from online bank Unfortunately we don’t have time to go through the year online and get all this checks The worst customer service ever in this branch
Hopefully this branch closes and easton road gets extended hours on weekends. Worst branch EVER been to on weekends. Everyone ignored us and many other clients waiting, making it look as though they were busy running from one office to the other and looking at us hoping we would leave. I understand it was 1 hour before closing... if you do not intend on serving your clients, then make up a reason so we don't waste our time either. Will take our business to Chase, goodbye BofA!!!!!!
