I generally have a positive view of Bank of America; however, I am writing this review because of a very disappointing experience with a credit solutions advisor, Leslie Shipp. She has been extremely unprofessional and unreliable. My mortgage appointment has been postponed repeatedly for over a month with no clear resolution. This lack of responsibility caused unnecessary delays and frustration. If you are seeking a mortgage through Bank of America, I strongly recommend working with a different advisor.
Today (01/18), the ATM machine looks new as just getting upgraded. However, I experienced an anxious moment when I deposited cash and the machine seemed to stop working without finishing the deposit process and remained beeping. I called to the number shown on the machine but nobody picked up. After 5-10 mins waiting, the noise stopped and the machine completed the process and the deposit appeared in my mobile banking. I will never bank here again. Can't wait to move my account. Always understaffed no matter the day or time , I've had fraudulent activity on my account and ripped off of all disability back pay , even local police have had difficulty accessing information regarding my account and majority of time it takes 30 minutes to even an hour and a half the last time for bank transactions!!
