I will never bank here again. Can't wait to move my account. Always understaffed no matter the day or time , I've had fraudulent activity on my account and ripped off of all disability back pay , even local police have had difficulty accessing information regarding my account and majority of time it takes 30 minutes to even an hour and a half the last time for bank transactions!! I was relocating to PA from New York and wanted general information from Bank of America in Horsham, PA; information that was not available online. I called over a three day time period (all during the week), TEN TIMES! My call was never answered. After reading the reviews, I decided to go to a different bank where they value their clientele AND answer their phones.
