Bad
I come here almost every week for the same thing and have typically have great interactions with all the staff. The manager Patricia is always so friendly and helpful, however today I was helped by Katherine and did not have the same experience. She was rude and seemed discriminatory from the moment I walked in, questioning me more than any other guests. I go through the same process every time, so this should not have been any different. I am very disappointed in the service I received today.
