Best BofA branch. I’ve never seen someone open up a checking account as well as Matthew did.
Bank of America continues to amaze me with the worst quality of service of any major bank. I am in the process of moving my accounts elsewhere and I write this review suggesting you do the same. It’s not a matter of branch, as I’ve encountered the same general incompetence, hostility, and lack of answers at every branch I’ve dealt with in the greater Boston area.
