my timespent with cecilla was time well spent she is the most helpful person I've had to work with at bank of America ,very knowledge seems happy to help she just comes across in a professional but in a relaxing way
Mop the floor please! It does not cost a lot to hire a cleaner for an hour to mop the common area! Very disappointing.
