The service at this bank is ridiculously slow, with only one employee available to handle walk-in customers. I experienced the same problem last year, and unfortunately, nothing has improved. This year, I stopped in simply to withdraw cash from my own account. After waiting nearly 30 minutes without being helped, I finally had to leave. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. I went to this local Farmington branch simply to print documents, as recommended by BOA customer service. To my surprise, the branch manager was not assisting anyone, yet instead of helping me, she asked me to wait for another employee who was already busy with a customer. During that time, she had her phone propped up in front of her computer monitor and left me waiting for about 10 minutes. Service is ridiculously slow. Is there really only one person to handle walk ins? I was third in line and assumed relatively quick desk service. Nope, others here that apparently are limited in their ability to assist. Friendly people but the operating is really bad.

This is our favorite branch of bank of America. What is most special about this location is a woman named Elvedina. Quality care like this deserves recognition.
