It's a bank you go and you take care of business I went to the ATM so that was it
I've only actually used this particular Bank of America a few times as far as going in during open hours. But the few times that I have used them the lines have gone quickly and the employees are always very friendly and helpful. I usually use the ATM and I prefer this ATM location simply because you have to use your bank card in order to get in the door if it's after hours. The manager was rude and hostile. The staff tried to help, but the bank manager was completely incompetent. I don't understand how she became a manager with such an attitude toward bank clients. Such managers once again confirm my decision not to work with BofA
After having gone to 2 other BOA ATMs that were out of service, I drove to this location, however here too the drive-through ATM was out of service. Then the lobby ATM would not accept my cash deposit. I stood in line of 9 people to make my deposit with a really nice teller. If this was 1993, I'd say stellar service. Seeing as it's not, get it together, BOA.
