The manager was rude and hostile. The staff tried to help, but the bank manager was completely incompetent. I don't understand how she became a manager with such an attitude toward bank clients. Such managers once again confirm my decision not to work with BofA
After having gone to 2 other BOA ATMs that were out of service, I drove to this location, however here too the drive-through ATM was out of service. Then the lobby ATM would not accept my cash deposit. I stood in line of 9 people to make my deposit with a really nice teller. If this was 1993, I'd say stellar service. Seeing as it's not, get it together, BOA.
The teller at the business counter was very pleasant and professional while she had to count our rolls of coins we brought in. Sorry for the extra work we put you through!
Of all the inept Bank of America branches, this one pretty much takes the Cake. They move the line incredibly slow inside. They also decide to randomly close all day on some Saturdays. Super convenient when you need to get something done on the weekend!! My biggest gripe is that digital wallet card readers never work on ANY of their ATMs..... AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!
