I visited the drive-up on Friday to deposit checks. While the transaction was processed, the employee rushed the interaction, and I was not informed that a hold was placed on the deposited checks. Well not good to this branch again I had a check i wanted to deposit it and understandable it takes 24hrs,I needed it that day so ok ill cash it the rude rude worker there refused to do it saying I was overdraft 8.55.when I did not have a over draft.this Interaction has made me think of leaving this bank .this branch employees are always rude and not very nice
Was greeted with respect and kindness went in today at the 4th street Bank of Albuquerque the cashier was very professional and helpful in getting my mother replacement ID we will be keeping her account because of the great service thank you 🙏
Closed on Saturday now. Atm will only take one bill at a time, when it even works... Which half the time it doesn't. Their ATM stole $800 from me and said it dispensed the money when it didn't. I had to wait 2 months to get my money back. Then if you don't have your money in by 9pm after playing musical banks, you get overdraft fees. Plus, the bank won't let me overdraft anymore which resulted in my car insurance not being paid because I was ONE DOLLAR SHORT, which resulted in all kinds of chaos in my life.
