I visited the drive-up on Friday to deposit checks. While the transaction was processed, the employee rushed the interaction, and I was not informed that a hold was placed on the deposited checks. This lack of communication includes not being told verbally and the deposit receipt not clearly indicating the hold, which is contrary to standard procedures like Regulation CC, which requires notice of funds availability.
