I visited the drive-up on Friday to deposit checks. While the transaction was processed, the employee rushed the interaction, and I was not informed that a hold was placed on the deposited checks. This lack of communication includes not being told verbally and the deposit receipt not clearly indicating the hold, which is contrary to standard procedures like Regulation CC, which requires notice of funds availability. Well not good to this branch again I had a check i wanted to deposit it and understandable it takes 24hrs,I needed it that day so ok ill cash it the rude rude worker there refused to do it saying I was overdraft 8.55.when I did not have a over draft.this Interaction has made me think of leaving this bank .this branch employees are always rude and not very nice
