Been a customer of Bank or Albuquerque for almost a year now. The recurring online banking outages, and their whole IT system being down at their branches shows they are not willing to invest into a half decent customer experience. It shows in the app too, it's extremely rudimental and has most likely been outsourced to the lowest bidder, probably overseas. Today, 1/15/2025, their whole system was down. Was a good bank until they started taking double payments out of my account and saying it’s not showing that on their end. Bunch of money hungry scammers.
my dad had some stuff happen and bank of Albuquerque decided to take out 400$ twice from my account, I’m 18 still in hs it’s absolutely absurd that my bank account was depleted to nothing on Black Friday. There closed and can’t give me my money back for a couple days. I’m very excited to miss all the deals because the bank can take all my money but can’t give it back. Stay away from bank of Albuquerque they are sketchy and want to take as much from you as possible.
Awful customer service. Their representatives need to be trained. Get a different story from each person we’ve spoken with. Have been trying to obtain a mortgage payoff for 15 days with no luck. A total of 9 requests have been done and keep being taken in circles. Title company tried to expedite and same issue. Horrible!
