Run away the opposite direction. Poor customer service and don’t even get me started with Elan financial services their credit card company. It’s garbage. Learn from bigger institutions like Chase and American Express on how to deal with customer service and proper software.
Been a customer of Bank or Albuquerque for almost a year now. The recurring online banking outages, and their whole IT system being down at their branches shows they are not willing to invest into a half decent customer experience. It shows in the app too, it's extremely rudimental and has most likely been outsourced to the lowest bidder, probably overseas. Today, 1/15/2025, their whole system was down.
