Worse experience! do not go to the Louisiana location people are rude and just act like they don’t want to help you or you are bothering them. I walk in and no tellers other than someone sitting on the cubicles helping someone. After standing there for a few minutes, someone come from the back and when I told her what I needed, she told me , let me check and I’ll let you know how long that will take. I sat there for 20 minutes and never got back to me so I just left.
Run away the opposite direction. Poor customer service and don’t even get me started with Elan financial services their credit card company. It’s garbage. Learn from bigger institutions like Chase and American Express on how to deal with customer service and proper software.
