Absolutely horrible telephone customer service. Had to speak with 4 representatives at 4 different phone calls to follow up getting a Payable on Death form. Lied to me about having mailed a simple blank Payable on Death Form to me; lied about having phoned me about making those changes; then stated the information would have to be telephonically provided, but requested personal information that I did not have on me at the time. Bank of Albuquerque is a den of liars and cheats. They lie about the terms of the forebearance offer and then turn around and try and cheat you out of your home. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BANK.
