Do not babk here I've been with bank of Albuquerque 15 yrs and went to deposit 2 chacks( 1 a cashiers check from another bank and the teller decided because she was having a bad day and I was in a hurry and refused to listen to her sakes pitch for a cd. She decided to freeze my account and had the nerve to say I had attitude. By far the worst customer service in the banking industry. Do not bank here!
The staff at the local branches are pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the Bank of Albuquerque is now part of the Bank of Oklahoma, whose online systems and information totally suck and are hard to use. Today's example: I get an email saying our year-end mortgage statement is now available. I go online and it's nowhere to be found. I could go on and on, but I won't...
I had a wonderful experience at this BOA branch in Santa Fe yesterday, assisted by bilingual personal banker Sylvia. She was in every way warmly professional in helping me add a family member to my account, giving us excellent guidance on what kinds of secondary identification my family member needed, and patiently taking up where we left off when returning with documents.
