Turned off our cards because the bank switched everyone to MASTERCARD. Now my debit card is being read as a PREPAID CARD and won't work with shop pay, or after pay. Going to close our accounts we have had since 2018.

Friendly staff and respectful very helpful
Told them to shut off overdraft protection. They said it was gone for a month. There is a secret overdraft protection they leave on so they can still charge fees, according to the csr. Don't trust theives.
