I don't bank there so I can't comment on service, I'm sure the tellers are amazing. I'd give five stars if the Drive-thru ATM hadn't been out of service for the past six weeks.
I've been with this bank for about 3 years they have worked on the online banking atleast 10 times shutting down the app and anyway to use your online banking for days on end its extremely frustratin, I do like alot of the features they offer that other banks dont but also other banks dont shut you off every month for maintenance
Never any problems very nice employees very helpful as well.
The worst bank branch within wny the availability times are so minute you can never Access the bank.
