As far as inside the bank customer service goes, Bank of 1889 is the simply best in Marion County. The ladies running the front end, lobby and drive through are quite helpful. Ms. Jefferson is quite wonderful too. She has lots of patience and is very knowledgeable in lending.
Worst bank ever. Mobile banking does not work, staff will not answer phone calls or questions. Dishonest business that makes me feel that I would be better off just shoving cash in my shoe.
I lost my card on Friday and went to get a new one at about 4 and thay culd not do it before it closed
