Been with this bank since 1994, never had an issue and they've always taken good care of me. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
I have been with this bank for over 24 years and have had nothing but positive experiences with FNBNA. They are good to work with, offer solutions for my needs, and are very courteous. They have Mobile Banking apps, mobile deposits, bill pay, apple pay and all of the other technology that the mega banks have. This is a great small town bank, they know us by name.
3rd-Rate BANK that Threatened to Call the Police on a Customer - ME -- who Got Upset WHEN THEIR ERROR Locked Me Out of My Account. *** FNBNA's mobile app is quick to lock an account if log-in fails. This bank's online system is backwards from all other banks'. Typically, a user enters their 'username' first. NOT SO with FNBNA that requires the PASSWORD first.
