They have always worked so hard to get me the loan I needed. They are very kind and professional.
I visited the Customer Care Service 5 days ago due to a concern about a possible situation with my bank account. The individual who assisted me handled the situation with concern, understanding, and expert advise. He considered every aspect of the situation and solved each aspect involved. He also provided follow up to make sure everything was in order and that I was satisfied with those solutions. I would recommend The Bank, N,A, as an outstanding bank to do business with.

Apparently they pick and choose who they want to give a loan based on how they’re feeling that day. Had no problem giving my finance a loan but expected me to jump through hoops. Then the loan officer wanted to raise his voice at me and my fiance. Nope wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.
