Have been with the Wakarusa and 6th St branch for 8 years. Really was happy with People’s Bank, felt there was a real personal relationship with a bank. My relationship with them started with needing a mortgage and jumbo loan on our dream home that other banks were not willing to fund due to our atypical circumstances. Jackie is a pleasure to do business with, her customer service is exquisite and we will continue to do business with this bank in the future. Definitely recommend
I banked with Peoples for years. Bank Midwest's takeover was undoubtedly good for the owners of Peoples, but not for their customers. A fee for everything. The last straw: I finally went to a local credit union, a much friendlier and helpful financial institution when Bank Midwest refused to notarize my wife's durable power of attorney for health care (the one suggested by the hospital) as we were headed to the hospital for surgery.
Do not bank with this company. In two visits, I have been treated very poorly. Customer service is better at any other bank.
Bank Midwest has a 3.7 star rating with 11 reviews.
Bank Midwest is closed now. It will open tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
