Been with BankMW for years, the staff in Ottawa are great. Services are also. But they closed one location, and tonight I found the remaining location is only open till 5. No more drive thru till 6. I guess I figure most Americans work till 5, this makes banking less accessible and I wasn’t thrilled about it.

Drive thru window is very friendly
Sandy was very helpful and knowledgeable in opening a business account. Very nice welcoming atmosphere. Great local feel to a big bank.
