I had been having problems with my auto pay account. I had gone to other locations to get the issue resolved, but to no avail. On a last ditch effort I thought I would try this location, being that i recently moved to the area. Where I was Blessed enough to have encountered Ms. Mishel Phillips. On top of going out of her way to help me resolve my issue. She was friendly, professional, courteous, and pleasant to be in the company of. Overall I would have to say that Mishel is a real standing ovation employee.
The absolute worst bank in the area. I've had a business account here for 9 years now. I changed my business franchise and started accepting checks under the different name. I had been depositing those checks for 6 months and all of a sudden I was told by the teller that I could no longer deposit the checks because it wasn't on the bank account.
