I'm rating this branch to demonstrate my objectivity in assessing value in service. Unlike their Grandview counterpart, I was kindly assisted here when closing my scandalized checking account. The teller listened attentively to my identity theft grievance and even gave me a nod of empathy. I'm not sure who advised me at the banks customer service either. Ward Parkway branch is worst bank ever! By far the worst customer service, with rude staff and ridiculous wait times.
Disappointed that the ATM would not dispense cash. Thankfully I got there before the drive up window closed.
