I'm rating this branch to demonstrate my objectivity in assessing value in service. Unlike their Grandview counterpart, I was kindly assisted here when closing my scandalized checking account. The teller listened attentively to my identity theft grievance and even gave me a nod of empathy. I'm not sure who advised me at the banks customer service either.
