Worst bank ever. Both ATMs down today for “software updates”. (Why they aren’t done overnight is a mystery to me.). Had to go through the drive-thru and write a check in order to get some cash. Discovered after I got home that the teller hadn’t returned my OF. Had to go back into town to get it. Nowhere to park, even though a pick-up with one wheel two places. This branch don't know what they are doing. They allowed people to take money on a deceased account.
Bank Midwest has been the worst experience I’ve encountered with customer service. My husband passed in July and trying to get them to disburse the money has been a nightmare. We live in Oklahoma and no local branch in the state. I started this process mid July and still don’t haven’t received it. They requested the death certificate (which makes sense) and a written letter notarized saying he passed and I am his wife (which states that on the certified copy of the death certificate) and a cooy of drivers license.
