Had this bank for years. They don’t seem to be updating with the times. They make you jump through all kinds of hoops to change any information. Good luck getting a hold of someone at the bank or even in America.
This is the WORST bank I have ever seen. I needed to get change for a $20 bill so I could pay the Library $1.00 for some copies they made for me. Both of the drive up tellers treated me very rudely because I didn't have an account with their bank and they REFUSED to break my $20.00. This is extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I would avoid this bank at all cost.
Worst bank ever. Both ATMs down today for “software updates”. (Why they aren’t done overnight is a mystery to me.). Had to go through the drive-thru and write a check in order to get some cash. Discovered after I got home that the teller hadn’t returned my ID. Had to go back into town to get it. Nowhere to park, even though a pick-up with one wheel occupied two places. Took forever to get my ID back. Tellers are rude. Oh, and Bank Midwest has the worst rates going on CDs and savings accounts. There is absolutely no incentive... read more
