Bank Midwest is so worried about fraud that it is really starting to affect their customer relations customers that have been with them for over 30 years expect a very much higher standard they are used to a much higher standard I think Bank Midwest has gone down hill in the last 10 years If it were not such a hassle to reassign my direct deposits it would probably already be at a different bank but I love the people who work there

Every time I walk through the doors of Bank Midwest on Jesse James Road, (soon to be Vista Bank) THE STAFF VERBALLY WELCOME ME, sometimes by name. Over the last seven years, I'm amazed at how they go out of their way to provide customer service to their customers that need more personal attention than you get from other banks. I have to do a deposit every business day, so I'm there 250+ times a year, so I feel like I'm qualified to actually give an honest review from someone who sees the bigger picture.

I am here multiple times a week and have always had the best service from Austin, Tiffany and Ellaina. They always make sure I have everything I need and that all my needs are met.
