I banked here for 10 years had over 20,000 in my account at one time. Well over 1000 dollars was stolen from me in fraud and this bank is refusing to return the money. Do not bank here
Bank Midwest is so worried about fraud that it is really starting to affect their customer relations customers that have been with them for over 30 years expect a very much higher standard they are used to a much higher standard I think Bank Midwest has gone down hill in the last 10 years If it were not such a hassle to reassign my direct deposits it would probably already be at a different bank but I love the people who work there
