Moved to Maryville and long time customer of bank Midwest. Had a problem with money being set to transfer out of my account on a monthly basis. Never had an issue . The manager Kristin was quick to blame a fellow employee when it was not even his fault . Another girl jumped on the bandwagon and degrading the employee to tears . I felt sad to watch this but made a decision to transfer money elsewhere: I hope the poor kid recovers from his harsh treatment
Kristin the manager is always super rude . Miss the old manager . And the old way of doing buissness
