The Best Banking staff in the history of banking, unfortunately they are closing this branch and I have no idea if we can stay with this bank after 19 years or not, we just can't drive off our way that much to get to another branch so sad, so sad
I went in to get a new card and stop payment on something and they were more than happy to help. They were joking with me the whole time and made it a super pleasant experience which can be hard to come by at a bank sometimes. Special thanks to Alexandria and Saul for being so kind.
Had a beautiful experience with Jada from this location. I was having a terrible day, because my job had forgotten to pay me. I had to cash my check the old fashioned way, and Jada made my day brighter Amazing customer service skills.
Brian and Eachana were very friendly and customer service oriented even though the bank was short staffed that day. They made sure that I was well taken care of and helped me get a new debit card since my dog chewed mine up lol. I've had an account here for about 7 years and I absolutely love this location!
I received the best customer service at this location. One of the personal banker there Saul is the best, I highly recommend banking with them.
