I've had my accounts here for 10+ years and just moved my business account here too. They've always been more than helpful. I had one issue once, the branch president called me himself to make sure there were no issues and apologized that their employee wasn't quite up to par. Every location that I've ever been to had been more than accomodating.
The WORST experience Ive had EVER from my bank of 7 years, we sat IN FRONT of the teller for at 5min on 40hwy. She didnt ask to hold on or even ACKNOWLEDGE we were sitting there. Then when we asked her whats the hold up she interuptted us to tell us " she typing"! Then proceeds to argue with me like i was at fault for pushing the call button. 23rd location has always been our main bank.
