Why would anyone do business with a bank that has thieves for tellers. To steal from a veteran and long time customer is abhorrent.
Well never even consider doing business with Bank Midwest. To pray your fees on a morning family is beyond the pale. Shame on you.
Worst customer service ever. You can never reach anyone on the 800 number and if you call the local branch they never have anyone available to help.
Bank Midwest has imposed a new online process yesterday. Now we can not access our on line account and can get no help. Seriously going to close all accounts. Beware before you use this bank. Getting no response or help.

they take advantage of people who have no money by charging them overdraft fees of 5 dollars a day and refuse to close an account unless it's paid.
