I used to recommend Band Midwest, but The things they do to regular people tell us to go away or consider another bank. The fact you charged people $8 because they aren't depositing enough money each month. I've been with this bank for over 15 years. I have another bank account with another bank. I hate to leave but I probably will when my checks run out.

45 minutes and counting, wait time to add a signature to an existing checking account. Was told 15-20 minutes. Guessing another 10 minutes of waiting before we go open a new account somewhere else.
RecommendedRecently my debit card was duplicated by a scammer and used in another state to the tune of $265.00. I was notified via text by the fraud department questioning these charges the day it happened. When I informed them that I had not made these purchases they immediately shut the card down. I then called my branch the next morning and had a card in the mail that day. My next trip was to the branch in Lee’s Summit to complete the fraud paperwork. Mobile deposits are not posted in a timely manner.
Awesome bank until it was sold to NBH Bank. Just another Bank of America in disguise. Many other better options out there!
